It is important for us to be mindful in as many areas of our lives as we can be, and it’s especially important for us to be mindful of what goes into our bodies. So this week, we will engage in a practice called mindful eating, seeking to appreciate every aspect of a meal. So grab a snack, get comfortable, and let’s eat!
