Alternate Nostril Breathing Guided Breathwork Meditation
Hello Friends, and welcome back.
Today we will be practicing a breathing technique called "alternate nostril breathing". This technique has been shown to improve general breathing and lung health, and it's easy to do. If you have any health concerns while going through the exercise, stop the exercise and be sure to contact your health provider.
