This week’s meditation is a short, 5-minute exercise that you can do anytime, anywhere, whenever you feel overwhelmed or just need a moment of peace. No matter what life throws at you, remember to take some time (even just 5 minutes) to slow down and recharge your mind. You’re worth it.
