The holidays are already upon us once again. This week, we will gently reconnect with a cherished childhood Christmas memory to anchor ourselves in feelings of warmth, safety, and joy. This practice combines visualization techniques with mindful breathing to help us stay present and grounded during the holidays.

This meditation is especially helpful for:

∙Finding calm during busy Christmas preparations
∙Reconnecting with joy and gratitude (as well as your inner child)
